When checking around the outside of your house/properety suits your needs:

– Walk around the outside of your house and property looking for any signs of break ins, leaks, bugs, animals, or any event that might concern your place. Check for storm damage and make sure that everything is up to HOA standards. Remove debris, flyers on your door, or anything else that may give the appearance that nobody is home.

-Customers receive an email or text (your choice) after every inspection. Customer will get a list of things that need to be addressed with pictures if such things are needed.

Monthly rate (one check per month): $25

Bi-Weekly (two checks per month): $45

Weekly (four checks per month): $80
